Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Brand-new and reasonably largeroom with a clean bathroom, a shared kitchen and a comfortable bed as advertised. The staff was accommodating, the location was ideal.

The room was big and with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast with good value. The hotel was in a magnificent location close to the waterfall and the beutifull lake.

There were Wi-Fi and a kitchen in the room, enjoyed that. The hotel was not far from Iceland, the beutifull lake and the town centre thanks to its comfy and ideal location.

I would say it's lovely place for staying and exploring Egilsstathir. The location of the hotel is magnificent, next to the beautiful lake as well as the river. Furthermore, it is 2 miles from the touristic places like Tjarnagardur.

The breakfast for 1800 ISK with good value. All the staff was helpful, fixed my issues. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. I loved that the hotel was 5 minutes drive from the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming lakeside cottage. The views were picturesque and the location was perfect for exploring. Although the bathroom was a bit small, the unique and quirky cottage made up for it. We enjoyed the self-catering option and the nearby amenities in Egilsstaðir. The lack of internet in the cottage was a minor inconvenience, but overall, we had a great base for our adventures in North East Iceland. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I was offered a room with marvellous views of the lake across the street. The service provided there was helpful. Plus, there was a free parking if one needed it. The location was stunning and magnificent for walking around Lagarfljot...

The hotel is quiet little and functional and has incredibly nice staff. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Beautiful and magnificent location to Minjasafn Austurlands. Based not far from the lake and the outskirts of town. Certainly a really unforgettable experience for rest in Egilsstathir.

The room was spacious enough for two people and the beds were really comfortable. We had our own private bathroom which was a relief compared to other places we stayed at. The location was beautiful and we got lucky enough to see the northern lights during our stay!

Although there was a shared facility with a kettle and fridge, it would have been better to have them in our own room so we didn't have to get dressed to go get my partner's coffee.
